Conference Overview
Revolutionary changes in printing and publishing technologies are re-defining the graphic arts industry, creating new opportunities, new production processes, new careersand new challenges for educators preparing young people for the field.
This fourth annual Graphic Arts Teachers Technology Conference brings together experts from business, academia, research and the trade press to describe the latest technical trends, discuss the state of the industry and strengthen the ties between schools and graphic arts businesses.
Attendees will receive publications, presentation notes, product information and other supporting data. Ample time is reserved for questions, discussions and networking in each session. A mid-conference coffee break will be sponsored by a

The Graphic Arts Teachers Technology Conference is open to high school and junior high school teachers in the greater New York metropolitan area free of charge. Seating space is limited and you must register in advance either by mail or through the web Registration Form.

Graphic Arts Education Advisory Commission
A volunteer organization of industry executives, analysts and educators, the Graphic Arts Education Advisory Commission is part of the Advisory Council for Occupational Education of the Board of Education of the City of New York. The goal of the commission is to help teachers and administrators in New York City schools keep up to date on developments in graphic arts technologies, markets and business issues, and to strengthen links between students, teachers and the graphic arts industry.
