We got a junk email from Webcreations last month. The deal sounds too good to be true:

	5 megabytes of disk space
	600 megabytes per month of downloading
	T-1 access
	domain name registration
	unlimited FTP access
	unlimited email addresses
	CGI script support

All for $24.95 per month (~$300/year) with no setup fee.

There's a pretty broad range: from $300 per month with UUNET to $300 per year with Webcreations.
